FUZZY control through a rule-based mechanism can eused to determine behavior-consistent (BC) informationbasedcontrol strategies for route guidance to robustly respondto the performance enhancement objectives of a system controllerin a dynamic vehicular traffic system. BC strategiesexplicitly factor the likely driver response behavior to informationprovision in determining the controller-proposed routeguidance strategies [1]. In this context, fuzzy control providesa convenient mathematical handle to treat the uncertainty andvagaries associated with human decision making in generaland, additionally, the subjective interpretation of the linguisticattributes of the information provided. Watermarking in least significant bits(LSB).This technique embeds the watermark bits in the least significant bits of selected attributes of a selected subset of tuple’s. It uses secret key in watermarking. For each tuple’s a secure message, authenticated code is computed using the secret key and tuple’s primary key. The computed MAC is used select candidate tuple’s attributes and the LSB positions in the selected attributes.

*At each stage current network condition and projected origin-destination is specified. Based on the network condition and origin-destination pair system optimal routes are generated.
*Controller uses system optimal route proportion and controller estimated model and fuzzy control model to generate behavior consistent routing strategies.
*The controller estimated driver preferred route which maximum converge with system optimal route is selected as best route.
